We do not cancel due to rain; however, dangerous weather conditions may cause us to reschedule. If we have to cancel due to weather, we will endeavour to find a date that works for you. Red Lodge Team Retreats retains the right to cancel or reschedule dates as required.
Red Lodge Team Retreats is located at the beautiful Red Lodge Guest Ranch, 11 km west of Bowden, Alberta. (34502 Range Rd 22, Bowden, AB)
We are just 45 minutes north of Calgary and 30 minutes south of Red Deer.
All participants must provide a complete & signed waiver online before beginning their event.
All facilitators are fully trained to ensure participants’ safety, and operating procedures are strictly followed. At Red Lodge Team Retreats, all participants must adhere to NexLevel Challenge Ltd.’s local operating Procedures.
For our team-building programs, all program cancellations must be received in writing at least 30 business days before the scheduled program date.
If written cancellation is not received, as outlined above, the client will be invoiced for the entire program amount, which the client agrees to pay within 30 days of receipt.
Program dates can be rescheduled with a minimum of 30 days’ notice. If the request is made with less than 30 days’ notice, terms are at the discretion of Red Lodge Team Retreats, a division of NexLevel Challenge.
